Disconnect Meta from HaloAI and request deletion of data associated with your Meta authorization.

Request deletion

  1. Remove HaloAI from your Facebook settings under Apps and websites.
  2. Or email [email protected] from the address associated with your HaloAI account.
  3. Include the business name and connected Meta ad account name so the request can be verified.

What happens

A valid signed request from Meta disconnects every Halo Ads connection authorized by that app-scoped Meta user and removes the stored access tokens. Business-owned reporting and audit records may be retained where required for security, legal, or contractual purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
